Chef Hector Hernandez has worked with the Heilman family for nearly 20 years. His roots are in the culinary arts with an uncle who is also a chef. Hector started his career working every station in the
Beachcomber kitchen. Today, Hector is a chef who has created his own culinary catalog, as well as having mastered Heilman’s Traditional
recipes. His talents lead a strong and dedicated kitchen staff of 30 plus for the Beachcomber and Bobby’s Bistro Restaurants.
